Delete your Nixi account.

Account deletion is permanent. Nixi verifies the request through your current account email before the deletion is completed.

Delete securely in Nixi

Three clear steps.

  1. 01

    Open Profile settings

    In the Nixi app, open Profile and select Delete Account.

  2. 02

    Request your deletion code

    Nixi sends a verification code to your current account email address.

  3. 03

    Verify and delete

    Enter the code in Nixi and confirm that you want to delete your account permanently.

Before you delete

This action cannot be undone.

Your account information and personal content may be permanently removed. Limited records may be retained when required for legal obligations, payment records, security, misuse investigations or dispute resolution.

Request help from Nixi Support.

Email us from your Nixi account address. Include your registered email and username so we can verify your account before processing the request.
